These are images from the Eulogia project in 2025, a collaboration between Cándida González and Nell Pierce. Eulogia is an community created altar project honoring trans and gender expansive ancestors through public altars. All of the collaged portraits were created by community members in an open workshop in September 2025. All 8 altars were installed around the lake at Powderhorn Park in Minneapolis during the time of year when we collectively remember and honor our ancestors.
